Melanie Murrell
Managing Director
Melanie has been working with Innotec for more than 20 years and has built a wealth of experience in applications for the Innotec product range. With a hands-on background in various sectors, Melanie has helped to develop the market segmentation of Innotec Supplies (UK) Ltd., and to drive the diversification of the company.
Melanie is extremely motivated and pro-active and is driven by a passion for business. Having built a reputation of quality for the company, to match the quality of the products that they supply, Melanie is now determined to drive the company to new levels of growth. With an enthusiasm that is infectious, she motivates the team to ever new successes.
Melanie is also Vice president of Salisbury & District Chamber of Commerce and is closely involved with the local community.
Jim Murrell
Director

Following 11 years as a Royal Marine, Jim first left to pursue a career in commercial diving and worked throughout the UK, Europe and Middle East. His experience then brought him to the attention of the maritime security sector and Jim moved to work on a long term contract in West Africa. Now firmly based in Salisbury, Jim’s brings a wealth of experience from the Maritime sector to Innotec.
Jim is a Technical Director and provides real time support for the customer base and also works closely with the logistics department.
Clive Hawkins
Sales Director
Clive has been connected to the motor trade for most of his working life, from car audio and alarms to direct sales of automotive consumables he stands tall in the industry.
Like all new recruits at Innotec, he started with a comprehensive training school at our Head Office in Salisbury. Clive worked his way up to Sales Director in 6 years.
In the 6 years Clive has been at Innotec, the company has gone from strength to strength and has moved to bigger premises enabling us to meet the ever increasing demand.
Clive helped establish the successful Innotec Training Academy and introduced new sales incentives. Clive provides the sales team with strong of support, product and skills knowledge.
Emma Thompson-Murrell
Executive Personal Assistant
Emma is a Business Graduate and came to Innotec straight from University. Emma has been with Innotec for 3 years and her drive and ambition have brought a renewed energy to the company. Before working at Innotec, Emma had experience in retail management and is practised in first contact customer service and general duty management. Emma is qualified in First Line Management and holds a CMI Diploma.
Emma works closely with all Directors and facilitates the day to day running of the business and all marketing activities.
