Megan - Office Assistant
Megan deals with the customer service department at Innotec and is the direct contact for Team South.  She is fully competent, hardworking and energetic. She has previous experience working in a customer service role and is fully trained on Innotec’s products.
 
Megan is a bit of an all-rounder and can deal with anything from new accounts, orders and credit control. Megan’s main duties are to liaise with Team South ensuring that all accounts orders are taken correctly and passed on to dispatch, correcting any problems, credit control and so much more!

Katherine - Office Administrator

 

Katherine deals with the customer service department at Innotec and is the direct contact for Team Neptune & Mars.  She is fully competent, hardworking and energetic. She has previous experience working in a customer service role and is fully trained on Innotec’s products.

 

Katherine can deal with anything from new accounts, orders and credit control. Katherine also handles all our social media, website and specials.

April - Office Administrator

 

April deals with the customer service department at Innotec and is the direct contact for Team Saturn & Mars.  She is fully competent, hardworking and energetic. She has previous experience working in a customer service role and is fully trained on Innotec’s products.

 

April can deal with anything from new accounts, orders and credit control.

April's main duties are to liaise with Team Saturn & Mars ensuring that all accounts orders are taken correctly and passed on to dispatch, correcting any problems, credit control and so much more!

Tracey - Administrator

 

Tracey's main role includes Innotec’s Health and Safety and HR. Tracey also has the important role of producing the daily sales figures that get sent out to the Reps, Managers and Directors. 

 

  

Tracey is also fully trained on our products and is always there to assist with any queries you might have.

 

Sharon - Administrator

Sharon has the important role of producing the daily sales figures that get sent out to the Reps, Managers and Directors.

James - Logistics Manager 

James is Innotec’s Logistics Manager. James has been with Innotec since 2008. James deals with all orders coming through the office on a daily basis, sending out orders to our over 6,000 customer base from Sales Reps to Export.
 
James manages the warehouse and stock and keeps the dispatch department running smoothly. James also helps out when areas are without a Rep, calling the customer base and servicing them over the phone.
 
James is also fully trained in all our products and their applications.
