High Volume Primer is a strong filling base layer for large and small parts. The product gives a very professional end result due to its closed surface structure, as a result of which High Volume Primer can be easily sprayed over.
The product offers excellent adhesion to just about any type of surface such as metal, wood, plaster, and most plastics, as well as sanded layers of lacquer. High Volume Primer is ideal for filling sanding scratches and small irregularities. Due to its unique composition the product is suitable as a base layer for just about every type of modern and common paint system.
High Volume Primer is perfectly suited to repair minor damage. It is often difficult to use a spray gun for minor damage, because often the repair requires only a small quantity of product. As a result, and because you can use the spray can in just about any place, High Volume Primer is an ideal solution for a business that does not have its own spray booth.
The product has a high solid content and excellent fluidity. Due to its fast drying, High Volume Primer is dust dry after just 10 minutes, and sandable wet and dry after 20 minutes.
High Volume Primer is green-grey in colour. Most lacquer colours sprayed over it give better cover. The grey colour will bleed through much less and the chances of outlining will reduce appreciably.
Thanks to its aerosol packaging High Volume Primer is extremely user friendly and easy to apply. The product has a special nozzle which gives a spray pattern exactly like the cone of a spray gun. The nozzle is adjustable, so that the product can be sprayed horizontally and vertically.
